Prior to joining The ALARIS Group, Inc.®, Mary was a senior medical case manager for a large national case management firm. Mary's nursing expertise and broad case management experience enable her to resolve cases efficiently.

She has also been involved in case management since 1994. Her extensive familiarity with these fields is a strong asset to her position as a case management nurse for The ALARIS Group, Inc.® Prior to coming to ALARIS®, Jayne worked as an on-site rehabilitation nurse for a national insurance company. She also has experience as an occupational health nurse and safety administrator. Her vast experience and broad knowledge of workers' compensation allow her to assist the claims staff in reducing medical and disability costs and ensure that treatment is appropriate and necessary.

His clinical experience includes work in orthopedics, correctional health care, mental health and addictions. Jim is fluent in American Sign Language.

In addition to medical case management services, he also has experience in providing videotaped job analyses and training as an expert witness for workers' compensation hearings. Prior to entering the case management field, Jim was supervisor of the Health Care Regulation Unit for the State of Wisconsin Bureau of Quality Assurance. His background includes supervisory and direct clinical nursing experience in home care and hospital settings. Jim's excellent communication skills, management experience and extensive knowledge of the employers and health care providers in his geographic area make him a perfect match for even your most difficult cases.
