Nancy's background includes working in case management since 1993 including four years as a case management supervisor. This provides her with a cooperative working relationship with area health care providers and employers. Nancy's expertise includes working and training others to work catastrophic cases. She also has a background as a clinical nurse in rehabilitation including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injury and multi-trauma diagnoses.

In addition, she is a registered nurse in Minnesota and is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse.

Returning injured workers to their jobs safely and timely is a priority for Mary. This range of positions and her certification as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist allows her to be a proactive and knowledgeable case manager. She has the ability to coordinate patient care needs such as referrals for various services and procedures while also considering appropriate cost-effective measures and treatments.
