Prior to joining ALARIS®, Lisa worked as a medical case and rehabilitation therapy coordinator dedicated to worker's compensation case management for a large company for six years. Her previous positions have put her in situations of great leadership and responsibility. She has been a director of rehabilitation, an occupational therapy department head for a county nursing facility and a facility rehabilitation coordinator for a rehabilitation clinic. Both Lisa's expertise and skills allow her to be an effective case manager.

She has worked in case management since 1996 including working for a large employer, a national insurance company and a regional health care group. Prior to entering case management, Michele worked as a RN and an EMT since 1989. This included orthopedic and neurology experience as well as working as an emergency center nurse. She also served as the Calumet County Coroner for two years. Her extensive background, excellent communication skills, leadership skills and familiarity with the local region and its health care providers make her an excellent case manager.

This includes extensive experience in home health care, cardiac pre and post surgical care, hospice, orthopedic, neuro/neurosurgical, spinal cord, traumatic head/brain injury, multiple trauma, RSD, burns, electrocution, and amputations under workers' compensation, group health, STD/LTD and auto liability. Sandra performs job videotapes and analyses and has performed medical synopsis and review for attorneys and railroad cases. She has an excellent working relationship with medical providers, health care professionals, employers and claims personnel.

This includes the full spectrum of case management in the workers’ compensation field as well as experience as an occupational health nurse. This breadth of experience gives her a unique understanding of all the variables involved in a successful return to work both from the employer and the injured worker's standpoint. Peggy's clinical nursing experience also includes work on an orthopedic unit giving her the medical expertise necessary to work cooperatively with health care providers to identify and facilitate a successful treatment plan. She has excellent communication skills and is able to work efficiently and successfully with all parties to facilitate an efficient, successful resolution to cases.
