| Suzie joined ALARIS in Janualry 2009 to serve the state of Utah. Suzie has 30 years of nursing experience in a wide variety of specialty areas including occupational health and emergency care at a national nuclear reactor site, surgery admitting, medical surgical care, pediatrics, home health, and home infusion. She created and implemented the first clinical ladder for her department and served as an instructor as well as an assistant manager of her pediatric department. She co-created a disaster drill at the Argonne National Laboratories in Idaho, which was attended by multiple international dignitaries. She has served on various committees, planning and implementing
multi-state seminars. Suzie entered the Workers' Compensation arena in 2000. She achieved her CCM in 2004 and is a catastrophic, ergonomic, and crisis response specialist. Suzie is an aggressive Case Manager that has been able to successfully balance the delicate relationship between the injured worker, adjuster, and physician to obtain optimal outcomes. | | | |

| JD Burgon, Bi-Lingual RN also joins the ALARIS staff in Utah. JD received his nursing degree from Utah Valley University and has experience in Medical and Surgical areas. He brings exceptional communication, delegation and management skills which afford excellent outcomes for our clients. JD is fluent in Spanish, and his understanding of the culture is of great value to the Spanish speaking injured workers in the Utah area. He has a broad knowledge of the Utah medical community both in larger metropolitan areas as well as the smaller cities around the state.
