| Spencer began his career in the workers compensation arena in early 2007. As an Account Manager for a local medical case management company in the Salt Lake City area, he started his marketing efforts with one nurse and within 18 months was able to increase referrals to support 4 full time case managers! He is keenly aware of the needs of the adjusters in this industry and excels at timely and efficient customer service. Currently, he is attending University of Phoenix to obtain his business degree. Spencer also served a 2 year mission for his church in Seoul, Korea where he gained valuable experience and became fluent in the Korean language. His ability to adapt, interact and communicate in a foreign country taught him much, one of which is self motivation! | | | |

| Suzie joined ALARIS in Janualry 2009 to serve the state of Utah. Suzie has 30 years of nursing experience in a wide variety of specialty areas including occupational health and emergency care at a national nuclear reactor site, surgery admitting, medical surgical care, pediatrics, home health, and home infusion. She created and implemented the first clinical ladder for her department and served as an instructor as well as an assistant manager of her pediatric department. She co-created a disaster drill at the Argonne National Laboratories in Idaho, which was attended by multiple international dignitaries. She has served on various committees, planning and implementing
multi-state seminars. Suzie entered the Workers' Compensation arena in 2000. She achieved her CCM in 2004 and is a catastrophic, ergonomic, and crisis response specialist. Suzie is an aggressive Case Manager that has been able to successfully balance the delicate relationship between the injured worker, adjuster, and physician to obtain optimal outcomes. | | | |

| JD Burgon, Bi-Lingual RN also joins the ALARIS staff in Utah. JD received his nursing degree from Utah Valley University and has experience in Medical and Surgical areas. He brings exceptional communication, delegation and management skills which afford excellent outcomes for our clients. JD is fluent in Spanish, and his understanding of the culture is of great value to the Spanish speaking injured workers in the Utah area. He has a broad knowledge of the Utah medical community both in larger metropolitan areas as well as the smaller cities around the state. | Mat Price joins ALARIS as a Medical Case Manager in Utah. Mat comes from a background with an emphasis in emergency and corrections medicine. He has spent the last 11 years as an EMT/Paramedic and RN working for the Utah Department of Corrections. In addition, he has been working part-time in two local emergency rooms as a trauma/emergency nurse. Originally from Wisconsin, Mat moved to Utah to continue his education. Mat brings an extensive perspective of treatment for both chronic and acute care. Through his work at the correctional facility, he created programs to effectively manage many types of chronic problems, allowing the ability to stay on top of them in a near real-time way. This resulted in saved tax dollars and improved health outcomes for the inmates. Before going in to nursing, Mat was studying sport psychology at Brigham Young University. He had the opportunity to do an internship with the U.S.A. Bobsled Team in Park City, UT. During that internship, he was successfully charged with the position of creating and running a Youth Bobsled Program. Mat looks forward to the new challenges and opportunities at ALARIS. | | | |
