Most recently, Regina has worked as a medical case manager for a national case management company since 1995. As an accomplished case manager, Regina averaged 30 clients in both Kansas and Missouri. Regina's extensive experience within case management and nursing allows her to be a proactive case manager meeting needs of both the customer and the client.

Her clinical background includes critical care, orthopedics and inpatient rehabilitation. Rae began her case management career in 1991 with a national case management company. She then, successfully, opened the first case management office in Oklahoma for another national case management company. Rae effectively managed the case management office in Oklahoma for another 12 years. Rae started her independent case management company in 2005 and is now proud to partner with ALARIS in Oklahoma. Rae is also on the Workers’ Compensation Court approved list of OK NCM’s.
