Her background in nursing started as a medic in the United States Army after which she continued her education to obtain a Degree in Nursing, becoming a RN. She worked 5 years on a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation unit focusing on head trauma, stroke and spinal cord injury care and 2 years as Medical – Surgical nurse. She changed careers and became a work comp adjuster obtaining her certification in Workers’ Compensation Administration through Insurance Educational Association. During her tenure as a workers’ compensation adjuster, she handled complex medical and indemnity (lost time) claims for large corporations. Angela is well positioned to play an instrumental role in service excellence to our valued customers.

For over 20 years, Ed has held positions within the insurance system ranging from director of marketing, business development executive, assistant to Assistant General Manager, claims and payment specialist, and rehabilitation counselor. Ed’s wealth of experience in the insurance industry, vocational rehabilitation, and case management prepare him well for his position with ALARIS®.

She has expertise in handling traumatic brain injuries, ergonomic evaluations, and complicated files while successfully resolving difficult claims. In addition, Judy has 16 years of supervisory experience overseeing a rehabilitation staff of 25 and a claims team of 45 claims examiners, vocational counselors, nurses, and administrative staff. Judy’s excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and customers enable her to be an efficient and reliable case manager.
