Stew's strengths are clearly evident on cases involving injured workers who cannot return to their pre-injury employer. Stew's experience has provided him with knowledge of employers and the overall labor market in northern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin. Through his statutory rehabilitation work, he has obtained a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to develop and promote a safe, cost-effective return to work. Stew was also a certified ATP (Assistive Technology Practitioner) through RESNA providing him with additional expertise in returning employees to work through use of adaptive, modified equipment.
