Connie has been a registered nurse since 1965 and has held positions in case management since 1995. This includes positions in health care systems, as a medical case manager for an insurance company and most recently providing both statutory rehabilitation and disability case management services to injured workers for a national rehabilitation firm. Connie is familiar with the employers and providers in her local geographic area, enabling her to effectively and efficiently move a case forward to successful resolution. She played a key role in the establishment of a catastrophic care program for an HMO providing her with insight into even the most difficult medical cases. Connie's ability to effectively communicate with the varied parties on a case and to develop a successful strategy for safe and timely return to work has provided her with a loyal following within the industry.

Her other nursing experience includes direct clinical experience in acute care and surgical units, and school health nursing. Her vast experience and breadth of knowledge enable her to work effectively with a variety of clients, employers and health care providers.
