She has advanced education and maintained certification as an ergonomic evaluation specialist for over 10 years. Laurie began her professional career working in the Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Windsor, Canada. She has many years of experience working in different types of venues including home care, acute care in hospitals, independent outpatient facilities and industrial rehab programs. Several years ago Laurie opened a private practice specializing in ergonomics and return to work programs. Traveling to offices, plants and factories, she taught injury prevention and helped injured workers successfully return to work. She provided on-site work conditioning programming with positive outcomes. In 2006 Laurie joined ALARIS as a medical case manager. She continues to bring a wealth of occupational therapy practice and experience to the table in the areas of home evaluation and modification, ergonomics, and return to work.

She is a Board Member at the Eisenhower Center, a facility for head injury patients in Ann Arbor, which she has been active with for the past 3 years. Justine facilitates appropriate care for disabled clients and advocates for care that will enhance an injured person's ability to return to their most optimal level of function. She facilitates a safe return to work, whenever possible. In addition, Justine is a bilingual nurse case manager who is Polish-speaking.

Following his work with BCN, Mark worked as a Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home Care Nurse. In 1999, Mark began his career as a case manager and now continues that path of this career with ALARIS.
