With over 17 years of experience in the nursing field, Martha specialized in Medical/Surgical, OB/GYN, Pediatrics and Psychiatric services. In addition, she has most recently been responsible for developing a Case Coordination Department within a hospital setting including individual case management, critical pathway development, community resource referrals, evaluating medical practice patterns, and functioning as a patient advocate and liaison between the patient and physician, medical services community resources and payers. Martha’s superior ability in managing patients from the start of their injury to recovery enables her to be a successful and effective case manager.

Her clinical background includes critical care, orthopedics and inpatient rehabilitation. Rae began her case management career in 1991 with GRS, now called GENEX. She eventually opened the first case management office in Oklahoma for CorVel and then returned to GENEX to manage Oklahoma for another 12 years. Rae started her independent case management company 5 years ago and is now proud to partner with ALARIS in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

She also has extensive experience working as a registered clinical nurse for an orthopedic surgical clinic and a patient care coordinator in a regional medical center dating back to 1997. Karen’s ability to manage time effectively, work independently and cooperatively, and maintain good rapport with clients enables her to be an accomplished case manager. We welcome Karen’s motivation and dependability to the case management team.
